What size do I wear?
You may refer to our size guide to find out which size will suit you best.


Measurements provided on the individual product page are taken in inches of the garment laid flat. For the best fit, we encourage using the measurements of a similar piece in your wardrobe to give you a better indication of size.


Do you do customisation?
No we don't do. 


How do I care for my batik?

  • Avoid machine wash if possible. Hand washing is recommended.
  • Do not use dryer
  • Do not use chlorine, bleach, strong detergents or brighteners
  • Do wash separately from other clothing items
  • Avoid heavy wringing and twisting
  • Ensure your items is inside out prior to washing process
  • Hang dry in shady area
  • Wash with care

Do you restock sold out items?

If an item or size is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase on our platform. You can drop us an email or dm us at our Instagram page to check for restock possibilities. 

However, due to the limited availability of handmade batik, most times, our sold out items will not be back again.

 

Shipping 

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of your purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

How do I return an item from my order?
